Once Upon A Story Blog Hop Begins

How exciting! This is the 5th year that Marian, from Seams To Be Sew, is hosting a wonderful, themed blog hop. She puts almost a year-long effort into planning, organizing giveaways, and working with numerous quilt pattern designers to give you, the blog hopper, a plethora of patterns, free to download during the hop days. 

She has rounded up sponsors who are providing giveaways for each of the designers participating in the blog hop. You can see the list of sponsors and their donation HERE. Northcott has again supplied each designer with up to one yard of fabric to use in their specific block. I want to thank Northcott for that generous gesture. I chose these two fabrics for my block (on September 10).

This year's theme focuses on some of the stories and poetry that many of us have read or remember from childhood. The designs are so diverse in technique and style, everyone should find something they like.
