Purple Passion Four-in-Art Reveal

The 3rd quarter reveal of our Four-in-Art quilt challenges are up today.
I will be brief here and post tomorrow a bit more about it.
(Actually, I must have lost the post last night, so I am posting before leaving in a few minutes for a fabric shop road trip.)

I think this is a great interpretation of Purple Passion. I love your idea of showing the quilt blocks as building blocks. I hope you have a very happy road trip :)

What a fun play with traditional blocks.

Such tiny little blocks! I don't know if I could do such small piecing. Love the layout of the 3D effect. Very nice!

Beautiful!!! I love what you did with your purple challenge.

It seems we did a similar interpretation, following our love of patchwork, yet ended up with quite different minis! The placement of your blocks is really interesting!

Oh my! This is terrific!! I can hardly wait to read tomorrow's post about it (sorry you lost it) as it is such an intriguing quilt, and I know you plan your art quilts very carefully. I love the wee blocks and how you stacked them up to show them off. Beautiful!
